My wife and I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey from here after our previous vehicle was stolen. Shlash was extremely transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. He was understanding of any time we needed to make decisions or delays due to insurance processing our claim. After we purchased the vehicle I noticed a smell of burning rubber the next day while driving it. When I told Shlash about it he told me that he thought it was most likely the new brake pads / rotors that he had installed before my purchase, but that if it was anything else to let him know and he would take care of it. And after I took it into the shop to investigate they agreed that it was the new brake pads / rotors and the smell should go away in a couple weeks (it did). I would definitely recommend Max Motors and will be back next time I am looking for a new vehicle.

As a person that has purchased a lot of vehicles, I went into this purchase especially skeptical. Location of the dealership, the vehicle being a “Salvage”, and as much as I hate to admit it, an accent I wasn’t familiar with. The dealership owner, Shlash, answered my text messages quickly, and sent me photo’s of the damage prior to the repairs. We made the two hour drive to the dealership and were met by Abdul, Shlash’s high school aged son. Terrific young man, he walked us around the vehicle, and went for a test drive with us. After the test drive Shlash and I negotiated a price and had a deal done. While doing the paperwork I learned Shlash and his family were from Iraq and had been in the US for some time. It was a great experience…Shlash and Abdul were both very humble and made the process easy. I’ve had the vehicle a little over a week, had the breaks checked, diagnostic done, frame checked, everything looked great. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another vehicle from Shlash and his son Abdul.
