2016 Porsche Cayenne Tiptronic

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and hospitable. You could tell that they genuinely wanted to help us make the best decision, not just sell us a car. Cristian was a huge factor in why we were sold on the car that we got. He knew the answer to every question we had and made sure we knew about every feature the car had and how to use it. He also made the process so fast, there was barely any back and forth. We explained what we wanted and Cristian made it happen. The car itself was in amazing condition. We were so impressed and are going to come back to this dealership whenever buying another VW as well as recommending it to our friends and family.

Thank you smith Volkswagen! I had bought a 2023 Tiguan a few months back from Michael Eller. Michael was tremendously helpful when deciding on what model and price range would fit me best. He throughly went in detail about the car and the features it provided especially the fuel range. I notice a huge difference in gas mileage and not having to fill up my tank as frequently as I did before. Not to mention I recently went to get an oil change at the service department at smith and the entire process was very easy and quick. I would recommend smith Volkswagen again and again. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first brand new vehicle from Andrew O’Brien today. Today is my birthday and when I handed him my drivers license to test drive the vehicle, he noticed right away that it was my birthday. We had only planned to test drive the vehicle because I was interested in a couple different SUV’s. Andrew worked some magic and made us a deal we couldn’t turn down. Thank you, Andrew… for such a wonderful, and smooth transaction. We have purchased cars in the past where we were at the dealership for close to 4 hours. This honestly was the shortest amount of time I’ve spent in the dealership when purchasing a car. We were in and out. Everyone who works there is very down to earth. I’m obsessed with my new Atlas.
