2017 Porsche Cayenne Platinum Edition

I contacted 3 different used car dealers and visited 2 of them while searching for my daughter's VW Beetle. One dealer never listed in their Autotrader advertisement nor told me on the phone that they charge a $1999 "anti-theft device" fee until I received the final price quote for the car. Another dealer also adds a required fee for all of their cars because they add a protective paint coat to all of their cars. When I finally spoke to Ben at EXPO LA on the phone, he assured me that he never adds any extra nor hidden fees. When I arrived at his dealership, he greeted me with a smile and handshake. The car was just as described in his advertisement and there was no hidden/extra fees! Just the normal tax and normal fees (like registration, etc). Ben was very honest, easy to talk with, and never pressured me. Answered all my questions. Ben is the best! Would definitely recommend Ben at EXPO LA for your used car needs!

Ben was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had been searching for a fairly uncommon spec of a Ford Fiesta (the 1.0 Ecoboost Package in a hatchback body with a manual transmission). Of course one came up in my 1st color preference all the way down in LA (I reside in the Bay Area). Ben accommodated a same day appointment for me and gave me all the time I needed to check over the car and test drive it (I typically buy private party, so my on site inspection and test drive usually takes some time). Once I decided to commit to the purchase, Ben got us through the transaction transparently and quickly. Almost 3 weeks and 1,500 miles on the car later, I am one happy buyer as the car has been wonderful! Would love to work with him again in the future if he stocks another car I’d want in my collection.
