Bought a used car from H&S summer year, and it ran perfectly through a harsh Wisconsin winter. Harman answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and process, and was very responsive to my follow up queries. There were a few minor issues (one wheel was very out of alignment, which I had to get fixed for safety, and a leak in the power steering hose), but otherwise the car has served my needs excellently for the first few thousand miles, and since then I've recommended check out H&S to others looking for used vehicles in the Madison area.
