2026 Porsche Macan

I flew this past weekend all the way from New Jersey to Columbia, SC to get my Porsche 718 Boxster. Stanton, Kathy, Jasmine and the rest of the staff made me feel very special. Stanton worked with me tirelessly since my first phone call last week; we revised and created multiple scenarios, numbers, etc. until all my expectations were met. Upon my arrival at the dealership all the paperwork was ready to be signed. I even got some gifts from the Porsche store. I was in an out in no time with my new 2024 718 Boxster. I truly experience the Southern hospitality! I highly recommend McDaniels Porsche.

I am new to the Porsche family. Owned other high-end brands but not Porsche. Always wanted a 911 and found one at another dealership in NC. Anyone can sell you a car, but a quality dealership is really about the service after sale. I have had significant trouble with other premium dealers in Columbia with high quality service and began taking my cars to Charlotte years ago. Decided to give McDaniel's Porsche a try after hearing good things from friends... They treated me like a VIP from first call, as if I bought the car directly from them! Danny Introduced me to the dealership and the service team. I needed some warranty work to fix some malfunctioning interior buttons, they fixed that, but when they updated the software, it rendered my stereo system in-audible? The car stayed with them for over a week. They told me Porsche Germany is working on a fix and they would let me know the moment they received the solution. I became concerned that this might be something bigger and called other dealerships to see if this was a nation-wide problem. The service manager called me personally, explained everything, and told me this is very unusual and my car was one of the first in the country to receive the most recent update released 2 days before. He assured me they are going to get it resolved. He contacted me a few days later and said "bring it in whenever you want, we have a fix from Porsche, Germany!" Long story short...turns out the software fix did not directly fix the problem, but McDaniel's technician had enough knowledge of the systems to figure out the problem and get it resolved. I met her personally, she is a Porsche Corporate (Atlanta) Trained and Certified Technician and shocked me with her detailed knowledge of my car, down to the programming intricacies. Loyal customer forever...awesome dealership. Thank you!

I recently pulled the trigger on a high dollar purchase, wasn't really sure if I should have done it but after speaking with the salesman and the general manager, their demeanor professionalism and lack of pressure made me feel that more secure. Mr Marvin Venable, and Mr Stanton Hejira was absolutely great and helping me make this purchase, if it wasn't for these two gentlemen, I would not have purchased that vehicle. My next vehicle probably won't be a Porsche, but I would think about these two gentlemen when I do purchase my next vehicle..
