After looking for months, I bought my pre-owned 2022 Audi RS6 Avant from Porsche Lincolnwood, in an out of town deal. Milton and Andy were just great. The purchase process was very fair, and the guys did a lot to make the delivery process effortless. I flew in mid-day and left with the car smoothly that day. Milton went out of his way to make sure I was looked after during the whole process. While I am out town, it was evident that the facilities are first class and the staff are well trained. As for the car, while not a Porsche, I will say it is just amazing! And most of all, the guys were genuinely happy to see a customer leaving happy! Way to go Lincolnwood!
My new 2024 Macan s purchase .I worked with Tony Taylor and he was very helpful. He showed me the operations/functionality as soon as I sat in the car . He even let me take out the car that I was interested in purchasing for a test drive . I would have to say -I never got the pressure to buy. I really felt like the entire process went smooth . I also worked with Tim who helped me with the paperwork / warranty info . He explained all options and even emailed me back in-regards to some additional questions I had . I had a nice experience and I really appreciate that the next day - I got a follow up text from Tony on how my drive home was in my new car . Thanks again!
