Went in to service my 2018 M2. Alex, (service advisor) was very friendly and helpful. I signed up for a service that wasn’t necessary at my mileage and instead of letting it go, she brought it up and saved me money I didn’t need to spend which was awesome. Really trustworthy place; I had a great experience and was in and out in a reasonable time. They washed it for free too! - It was cool to see they had M specific services as well!

Bonnie was very easy to deal with. I’ll admit I cringe at the thought of used car sales people but Bonnie was easy going, answered all my questions and pleasure to work with! I drove from Maine to look at a 2023 X1 and spent over 3 hours looking at other options. I took three cars for a test drive before I decided. I looked at quite a few cars and weighed out all my options . Throughout the whole process Bonnie stayed in contact and she even personally delivered my car to me the next day. I’m very pleased with the purchase and will most certainly be back to see her.
