If you ever need anything on the sales side, Max is your guy, especially for pre-owned and Mini's. I've bought one car from him, and I've all but bought another at this point. He's a super chill guy, not pushy at all, and he'll actually fight to get you a good deal. It doesn't matter what you're looking at. I've looked at everything from the "staple" brands of Onyx, to Volvo's and Lincoln's, and he's been super helpful every step of the way; never seeming annoyed with my indecision, and always willing to answer the phone when I call.
I had such a great experience buying my car here. They were very receptive to my needs. I was able to make an appointment for a test drive online, and the car was washed and ready when I got there. They were able to meet my needs, such as only having 3hrs for the whole process. They had me in a new car in about 2hrs, start to finish. So many perks, so friendly.
Great experience with our sales associate, Mike, we couldn’t recommend him enough. The whole process was about as easy as it could be. Jorge in finance was extremely knowledgeable and the manager, Mohammad, was very hospitable by introducing himself, checking in, and making sure things were moving swiftly.
