Initially I was interested in my vehicle online just doing a search. I reached out to the dealership enquiring about the availability. I received an email and a text almost immediately from sales rep Will Pierce. He left me a voicemail, letting me know how he could help me get the car that I wanted and to reach out to him anytime. I did and we setup a scheduled time for me to look at the vehicle I had my eye on. I did go look at it and told him that I very much liked the car. I left and told him that if we could work on a price that was more attractive to me that I may be back to test drive it. Will was a pleasure and very friendly and at no time did I feel pressured. He got back to me letting me know that he could beat the great interest rate and terms my credit union was offering. He also worked on that price and I ended up going in again to test drive it. In the past buying cars took so long playing the sit and wait game and wondering what the hold up was. Once I decided that I wanted the car and liked the terms, Will recommended a place to go grab a bite. We ate came back and in no time I drove off in my new 2024 dream car! Everyone at Scarff was so friendly, they prided themselves on over 100 years in business and making sure their customers are treated respectfully before and after whether or not you purchased a vehicle. I felt that 100% and surely will look to Will at Scarff again!
