I received my Porsche 992 this week, almost 3 years after placing the order in July 2021. The wait wasn’t easy, but the experience of working with Barry and the Porsche Ann Arbor team was outstanding. Barry was incredibly pleasant to work with and always shared his honest thoughts on the configuration and timing, and was happy to answer any of my questions - making every interaction a pleasure. While it has been just a few days, the wait was so worth it. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Barry for making the entire journey - from order to delivery - effortless and unforgettable. Another day another Porsche dealership, Porsche Ann Arbor is not big in size, however what is big is the friendliness and customer serviceness of the colleagues. Big shout out to Barry, ( brand Ambassador), a very knowledgeable, helpful and engaging person, whom I would consider as a person to help me buy my AMERICAN ???????? Porsche!! The dealership has the standard Porsche service department which you drive in and parts department, a small lounge area, please upgrade to the cappuccino etc machine, other than that slight flaw it’s a good place to check out the Porsche brand of cars and merchandise.
