Fantastic experience at Porsche VB. I was interested in trading in my 2014 Acura for a used 2024 BMW 840i they had on the lot. From the first handshake with Kadeem to the drive off, it was fun, easy and efficient. The entire team was friendly and easy to talk to, I got a genuine sense they were excited for me as the customer. The trade in offer was right where I thought it should be. The showroom is brand new (literally) and looks amazing, every detail speaks luxury. They detailed the car for delivery and it looked better than when I test drove it, felt like a steal taking it home. The amazing customer service extended after the sale to aquire and install a license plate frame. Couldn't have asked for any more! Looking forward to bringing my future business to this great dealership!

We worked with Andrew Truswell. As we are further away from the dealership, we did not want to make the trip unless we were comfortable with the salesperson, dealership, and customer service. Andrew came through with flying colors in all respects. He was informative, pleasant to work with, and non-pushy. Giving us time to think, evaluate, and feel happy with our purchase. He did not forget any question we asked and answered truthfully. This is my third Porsche, and it's my best experience yet. 5 stars all the way for Andrew. The dealership did an "unveiling" for me with a video which was also very sweet. After all the excitement when it was discovered one thing had been overlooked, Andrew called the team lead and he said they would "ofcourse take care of it". PERFECT!
