I wanted to publicly thank the team at Audi Exchange Kirkwood for an amazing buying experience. I also wanted to highlight Ben, the Audi Brand Specialist who worked with me to find the perfect car. Throughout the buying process, he was extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and transparent. After finalizing the purchase, he took time to help set up the MMI system in the car and explained every button and feature in the car. My 2015 Impala work car died and I wanted to replace it with a sportier drive now that I am retired.
