My wife and I purchased a vehicle here on Weds. Feb. 21, 2024 and the experience was truly wonderful. I purchased my Model X last November. Nick Nichols was brilliant. I was treated great from the second I walked in and wasn’t pressured at all to make a purchase (I walked in knowing I was driving that car home, but didn’t tell nick that lol). There was some hang ups with recalls because Tesla doesn’t let dealers fix the recall, only the owner. That caused a little delay but I was happy to wait and happy to see the dealership wanted to ensure I was safe to leave with the car. My car is under warranty through Tesla for longer than I will own it so I can’t speak on the service department here. All in all very happy with my purchase! Thanks Nick!
