2020 Porsche Macan -

I just took my Cayenne in for service to the new Porsche building. Wow! It is a magnificent building that is wide open and a plethora of inventory, not to mention, a service level that is phenomenal! Mark was fantastic! He addressed my concerns and had service completed in no time. Service with Porsche has been phenomenal since I purchased my first Porsche in 2016. I cannot imagine driving anything else. The level of service and care that I receive in every instance cannot be expressed in words. I am extremely grateful for Porsche of San Antonio and will recommend to anyone who is in the market for a high performance and extremely safe vehicle. Grateful to have established a relationship to this top-notch dealer for my current and future P-car needs. Again, kudos to Tom- absolute pleasure to deal with over the past 6-8 months, he is fantastic.

Due to supply chain shortages, parts took a while to come in, but even though we originally just dropped it off for the recalled heater action, a loaner was available, which made the 2 plus weeks bearable while my Taycan got its front end's undercarriage reassembled due to some 'curbing'. While there, they also took care of an alignment and 2 year maintenance, so all in all a rather eventful repair drop-off that they handled perfectly. Patrick the service advisor, was great on drop-off and pick up and kept the whole process quite efficient and us well informed during the whole process.
