I purchased my Lexus here in Oct 2022. Lovely car. The Asian guy (can't remember his name) told me that I had 5 oil changes to go with my purchase. Turns out that there was no such thing captured in the purchase document. I was mad! Thankfully a nice lady (Elise) had to honor the Promise to have my car oil changes even though she was not here at the time I purchased the Vehicle. I am giving a 5* because I love the quality of the car and now had to deal with Elise who is more transparent in her dealings. I will consider purchasing from here again just because of the way Elise fixed the situation and to be honest, they have good cars!
