Great experience waiting on our C7's tire change. Dealership went out of their way to get our tires delivered from a warehouse in Colombus so we'd make our drive home the same day. Extremely accommodating, friendly, and the mechanics knew quite a bit about motorsport. While I cannot attest to the buying experience, the service was top-notch. We also appreciate the GM bringing us cupcakes - happy birthday to him!

I cannot praise Coughlin auto enough!!!! Don’t question it, go & visit, you aren’t just a customer… you are family!!!! Ask for Dan the man, he’s very kind & his honesty in our purchase was much appreciated, very patient as well! We were greeted with the biggest smile! We took our little 2 month old in & had to stop a couple times to feed him during the process & Dan had no problem with taking a break & continuing once he was done eating! During the meantime we all chatted & got to know one another… it wasn’t like majority of places where they would have been irritated & just got up to go in another room or made you feel like a burden!
