He went above and beyond to get my vehicle back in excellent condition and ensured I was kept in the loop the entire time. You always speak to a human, they always make time for me, they've never not suceeded in providing exactly what I needed the very first time, and the cars are treated with the best care I've seen in a very long time while in their possession! Oscar the Service Advisor provided exceptional customer service! I have moved on from certain car brands because of poor customer service when I go get my car serviced. When I’m investing in my car, I want to receive great service when I need my car fixed. Oscar was kind, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. When I bought my car, I bought every package: the tire & rim, the leather, the dent etc. When I went to request these services, there were no questions asked, everything was fixed, my car was washed and returned like new! I will absolutely stay with this dealer and continue doing business with them with this type of service!
