After two previous bad service experiences I decided to give them one more chance to check brakes and get an oil change on my 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was satisfied with the service this time and the service advisor, Olivia was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. She told me they had revamped their service personnel in the past year so I guess I’ll be giving them another chance next time I need service.
