This was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had, and I have had many of them. Sergio was warm and Enthusiastic without being overbearing, or pushy about up selling. I told him my price point and he was very concerned to meet it. I left the dealership with a brand new leased civic , without increasing my monthly payment by much . All the staff was helpful and they worked together as a team. But Sergio’s friendliness made it easy to trust that this was the best choice for ME not the dealership. Ask for Carlos! My wife and I recently needed to secure a new vehicle and we really wanted a small suv. We narrowed it down to a Honda HR-V or Kia Seltos. After test driving both we decided the HR-V was the best fit for us. Carlos was so helpful as he walked us through the leasing options (our first time going through the leasing process). Check the sales leaderboards behind the sales desk when you go inside and I guarantee you he’s on top. There’s a reason for this..the guy really knows what he’s selling you.
