Our experience was unexpectedly pleasant. The customer service provided Mal was excellent. Above and beyond. I explained my mother's situation to him and he was so calm and helpful. He took his time in helping us find the right car for her and I must say she is very satisfied. We originally came in for a different car but that did not work out for various reasons. We had started to have doubts and were starting to think this place might be shady until Mal came back to help us squash our worries. He personally helped us find the right vehicle for my mother had she is very satisfied. She's had it for about a month and so far its been great. I definitely recommend Mal to anyone who wants a sincere salesman to offer you a great experience. Thank you Mal!
