Upon contacting him the first time, he took the time to out and take a video of the vehicle we were interested in, and sent it to me. He was very professional during the negotiation process and went the extra mile the whole way through! My daughter flew in to pick up the vehicle and Federico made it very special for her. Complete with a bow and the whole bit! The dealership facility was incredible, but what made the difference was our sales person.
