Very nice experience in leasing a new car from Mercedes Benz Honolulu. Our salesman Andrew was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us every little detail about the car. Five stars is not enough for the service I received yesterday! I pulled in at lunchtime with a battery that wasn't going to make it one more day and begged for mercy. The service manager Al, and my new service advisor Devin went above and beyond to fit me in and got the battery replaced in no time at all! They even insisted on checking all the basics too... tires, oil, water etc.... and washed it to boot! Price alone could never entice me to go anywhere else with service like that! There is a good reason I keep buying Mercedes Benz vehicles... PS. Best customer waiting area and cleanest bathrooms in Honolulu too!
