Charlton is the best service guy I have worked with in 38 years and I grew up a child to a service manager my whole life. When I tell you he is good. He’s good. Respectful, honest, to the point, goes more than the extra mile, doesn’t make you do any of the leg work and I mean just a total gentleman. Go see him and him only. Charlton. 10/10 Experience. I had a check engine light come up right as I was planning to take it to it's routine service. I was able to get an appointment within 1 day, they got me a luxury Alto Rideshare from the dealership back to my house, and the Service Advisor I had - Mr. Zafar - was phenomenal. First time servicing the car since I bought it earlier this year, and felt like it was in the best hands possible.
