Keith (service advisor) and the team at Lexus of Marin are just awesome! Keith went above and beyond to make sure I had just the right level of service I needed for my car. He listened to my needs, kept me informed and provided knowledgeable answers to my questions. And, most important, did not push or try to upsell unnecessary services. He tracked down the exact vehicle my wife wanted -- color, model, accessories -- and over several weeks, always kept us informed, managing the delivery process extremely well. I am really Happy with the purchase made from Texas for Lexus es300h blue. From the starting sales person Johnny was very helpful and kept me posted on each and every updates. Also the sales manager Christian was very helpful in helping to finalize a deal. Last but not the least Brandon was very helpful in helping me with all the documents needed with out of state purchase. Reducing one star because car was not thoroughly inspected and detailed which sales manager was helpful enough to offer me a reimbursement so I can get it detailed locally. Will add one more star once I receive the reimbursement check for detailing.
