I can’t begin to explain how stressed out and discouraged that I had become after 3 MONTHS and at least 20 dealerships that I’d visited..but then came Jim Holshouser! One thing I look for in sales is someone who puts my needs first, and doesn't rush a decision. Jeffrey Austin sold us a new MDX and spent a great deal of time educating us about the differences in the two trim lines we were considering, and most importantly didn't rush the decision. Jeffrey drove the car to my home one evening to help us take a closer look. I'm 100% pleased with his knowledge of the car and most impressed that he let us drive the process. Highly recommend!
