I bought a car from Hanna Imports yesterday and I was very skeptical about it at first, due to the fact that the dealership is in North Carolina and I’m all the way in Texas, but I have to say, it was the Best buying experience I have ever had because of one person, Deandre. The transaction started off with a different person, which was the salesperson, Marquis, but we didn’t really speak with him. We spoke with Marquis first about the initial vehicle that we wanted and he just told us to put in an application. Then, Deandre, the finance specialist, came into the picture. He was so informative and helped us so much along the way. He gave us more information that any other dealership has ever gave! He was super honest, straightforward, and he let us know that when it comes to making a purchase at Hanna Imports, the customer comes first. Also, even though we had to keep redoing the deal, due to us not knowing what we really wanted to do, he was very patient and kept changing the deal the way we wanted it. He broke down the entire fees, including how much we were going to put down, as well as what we wanted to add to the vehicle, if we decided to do so. Overall, Deandre made our buying experience the best buying experience in the world and if anyone wants to buy a vehicle from Hanna Imports, I would say go ahead and head to North Carolina or give Hanna Imports a call.
