Not only did he make us feel comfortable, but he made sure we understood the pros and cons and that we knew what we signed up for. We also enjoy Chasity taking us on the test drive, taking time to make sure we had what we needed, and great conversation. The team was nice to be around, and the added pressure to purchase a vehicle didn't show up, which made the decision much easier. I felt very heard and understood as a parent and buyer.
