Stopped in for a trim part for my Carrera 4S today, the parts counter is interestingly located in the back behind service bays. Willie the parts pro came out to greet me and take me back. Willie was cheerful, welcoming, and knowledgeable making the visit very smooth and pleasant. Part was ordered and I look forward to picking it up from Willie next week.
