(Van and Sayed also helped out) - The entire dealership helped my family with accommodations while going through the paperwork. They were ensuring we were all taken care of and had a space for my my wife, baby and dog. - Process was made easy even when they were store hours were closed - They walked me through the details of the vehicle and was considerate of my needs.

When that doesn’t work, they may offer you a new car on the lot in a color and with options you don’t want and frequently at an inflated price over MSRP.
