From start to finish the team exceeded every expectation. Had been looking for a 911 turbo s for months at Porsche dealerships throughout the US (wanted all the benefits from the certification process). Every aspect was perfect. From the first call, to the many videos, through the sales process, ultimately ending with my 911 in garage more than 2400 miles away. The Porsche 911 Carrera S itself speaks for itself, but the service and experience I had with Haider and Joey is what truly made this a standout car-buying experience. Niello Porsche Rocklin exceeded my expectations. Nancy Coburn was my first point of contact when I was first looking for a Cayenne E-Hybrid. I was first looking for a pre-owned Cayenne, but Nancy showed me how purchasing a new 2026 Cayenne E-Hybrid would result in a significantly lower monthly payment. Once we settled on that, Nancy made certain I found the car that was exactly what I was looking for and fit within my budget. Since I live 2 hours away, Nancy had setup everything so all I had to do was submit a few lease application docs online and in little more than a week I was driving the new 2026 Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupe home. On the day I picked the car up, Nancy took me around introduced me to the Niello Rocklin Team. Not only did I meet the GM, Sales Mgr, F&I Mgr, Service Shop Foreman, Parts Mgr and a knowledgable guy Jack, who's the Porsche Pro. I got the impression if Mr Niello had been there I'd have met him also. What struck me overall though is that everyone I met, in addition to being very friendly were all personally invested in my satisfaction with the car. All gave me there contact info so if I had any additional questions they could answer them. They also offered me a second delivery option either in person or live video chat.
