I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. I reached out to Porsche Milwaukee North from several states away, and buying a car sight unseen was a little intimidating. Alisha was incredible from start to finish, always responsive, honest, and she went above and beyond every step of the way. Every promise she made was kept, and then some. Tim in finance also put together an outstanding deal and worked hard to make my trade-in and financing come together better than I expected. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no games, just a team that genuinely cared about doing the right thing. We had a wonderful experience with Zach and everyone else at this dealer. I love my car and couldn't be happier. They even ordered and installed a custom Porsche dog crate which is so much better than I ever could have imagined! Our old crate was too big because of the sloped back end, but this crate uses the entire back end and is amazing! Porsche even thought of including a rubber flap to put over the bumper so my dog doesn't scratch it. We were long time Lexus drivers and I'm so glad we made the switch! This care is awesome!!

Had a fantastic experience at Porsche Milwaukee North! I purchased a super rare pre-owned BMW M3 CS they took on trade. As an out of state buyer, my sales person (Alisha Gonzalez) was wonderful! She patiently assisted me with all of my questions and requests including; video walkaround, multiple pictures from different angles (also undercarriage), service records, coordinating phone calls with Umansky BMW dealership, etc... This gave me the comfort level I was looking for in making a purchase sight unseen. Alisha also oversaw the auto transport to pick up the car. I would highly recommend this dealership!
