Owning a Porsche has always been a dream, but the problems I’ve had (truly sad that German engineering would have these problems) have been seamlessly corrected and fixed by the awesome team in Fort Wayne! Jacob and Curt always find a way to take flustered me and make me feel like I am a cared for customer and I feel great every time! These two amazing employees should get the highest recognition possible! Yes the vehicle has been a pain and caused me some headaches, but Porsche of Fort Wayne takes pride and great care of the Porsche name and every customer who walks in. Thank you Ed Bean and Porsche of Fort Wayne for an A+ buying experience. Ed helped us figure out what best served us for our purchase, I came looking at one car only to find that it wasn’t perfect for us, fun and great value but too small. Ed suggested other options that were ideal but more than I was ready to spend, ultimately he found a CPO Cayenne that had what we needed including an outstanding warranty. Three years ago I drove four hours, from Southern Indiana bc O'Daniel's had the car I wanted. It was a great experience. That Porsche was recently totalled. The sales manager, Aaron helped me pull together information to reach a settlement with the insurance company. My husband and I drove two hours to see a car at a dealer in Indianapolis, only to get there to find the car I was interested in, was in the shop for touchups, EVEN though I told the sales manager we were driving two hours to get there. We left and my husband said let's go up to O'Daniel's since we had such a good experience there last time. We called and talked with Jose. When we arrived two hours later, Jose had the car right in front and came out to greet us. Let me say that Jose is friendly, professional and not pushy at all. It wasn't the car for me but I decided to drive another car and fell in love. I asked for a minute to get acquainted with the car and he gave me the time. I went in and David O'Daniel (grandson of the founder) sat down and talked with us. He's super friendly and has a great can- do attitude. I said we hoped to reach a deal on the car. He said we will reach a deal and shook our hands. By this time, it was past their closing time but they did not rush us at all! We reached a deal and Jose started the paperwork. David O'Daniel reached out to his contact (after hours) at Partner's 1st Credit Union and the paperwork was quickly completed. Aaron also stopped to chat. Again, it was past closing time yet we were never rushed. It was such a pleasant experience! I'll go there first next time. The dealership is clean as are the cars. Everyone is very friendly. I can't say enough good about Jose, David and Aaron! Such a great experience! Go by a car from them!
