2019 Porsche Cayenne -

Bought a used Cayenne fully serviced at the dealership. Sale went great. Drove home and service light comes on the next morning. Contacted Kevin right away. Still trying to get answers but getting the run around. Long time Porsche driver, own a 911, expect better from Porsche… sorry but had to come here to try to get actual answers and resolve the issue. 30 day update: Brian wad super helpful at resolving the issue, star raising raised accordingly, thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2025 Macan. Our sales associate Aubrey went out of his way for our complete satisfaction. All of the staff were pleasant and wanted to complete a deal.

Just bought a CPO Macan from Aubrey. Also own a 911 4S and had not had any prior dealings with this firm. I had been shopping all the dealers the Pittsburgh, Columbus and Cleveland areas. The car with the specs that I wanted appeared on their web site soI called and was connected with Aubrey. He quickly answered my questions regarding the car, sent me pictures and a video with him showing me the car. I sent him pictures of my trade and all the data they needed. I shared my expectations as to pricing etc and we struck a deal very quickly all over the phone. Set an apt to complete the deal the next morning and all went very well. I have owned all of the German brands and traded a Lexus but this was the most respectful and courteous experience i have had in a long time with a car dealer. Hats off to Aubrey, Andy and the sales manager Brian. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
