I believe many of the negative reviews stem from people purchasing a used car and expecting it to be in brand-new condition, fresh off the assembly line. That being said, my experience was positive. When I first arrived at the dealership on a Sunday, about two hours before closing, it was quite busy, with around eight other customers all seeking assistance from the only available salesman. I chose to leave and return the next day, hoping for a better experience. Fortunately, my visit the following day was much more pleasant. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted, shown the car I was interested in, went for a test drive, and took ownership of the car—all within three hours. The car's fuel tank was nearly empty at the time of purchase, but the finance manager offered to fill it up, wash the car, and order a needed cosmetic part for the vehicle (which has since been ordered and fixed by All In Auto). Regarding the sales process, it's pretty straightforward if you've ever bought a car. However, what's different here is the no-haggling policy on their prices, though the vehicles are already reasonably priced. They do try to upsell gap insurance and an extended warranty, which may be included in the price upon credit approval, but these are optional. Additionally, every vehicle comes with a anti theft device, the cost of which is passed on to the consumer. This isn't optional, as all their units are fitted with these trackers before being listed for sale. Nonetheless, the prices are fair, and the anti-theft service included is a valuable addition. Ultimately, if you're someone who relies heavily on reviews, the overall rating might make you hesitate. But if you understand what you're getting into—recognizing that this isn't a new car lot and that the future of a used vehicle can be unpredictable—you're likely to have a pleasant experience here.

Had a great experience buying a car from these people. I still own the same car almost 2 years later. Talking to the people who worked here you could tell that they are really passionate about what they do and want to give you the best experience when purchasing a car. They even held the car for me for a couple days until I was available to come back to there dealership to buy the car! Thank you All in Auto Group and Moe for selling the car to me!
