Great experience at Porsche of Charleston! Camelot Melissas was fantastic to work with — very professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured or pushed toward something else, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend both Porsche of Charleston and Camelot if you’re shopping for a vehicle. The service team was great as well, just a perfect overall experience.

If Porsche Charleston ever starts giving out MVP awards, Christie should probably clear some shelf space. She made servicing my 2019 Porsche Macan 4S about as enjoyable as a trip to the service department can possibly be—which is saying something! Christie is incredibly knowledgeable, communicates every step of the process, and genuinely makes you feel like your car is in the best hands. She answered all of my questions with patience, kept me updated, and made the entire experience effortless. Porsche builds amazing vehicles, but people like Christie are what keep customers coming back. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude are exactly what every dealership hopes for in a service advisor.
