This was the best experience I’ve had visiting any car dealership. From the moment you walk in, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help. If we wanted to look, we were welcome to do so and if we wanted to see any car, they were ready to show us exactly what we were interested in. We had the pleasure of working with Mark Madden who took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars and was able to show us exactly what we wanted to see. We even got to check out other options, but he found the perfect vehicle for us. Then working with Ash Soroushi on the sale was very positive. He was able to explain everything so well, making sure I understood how everything worked to find what was best for us. The paperwork portion of the deal was made so easy with how organized Danny Peña was. He was fun and relaxing, but we felt well informed and happy with how everything was. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it felt like we were really part of the Porsche family. You can walk in and ask anyone a question and they are happy to help. We are new to Porsche, but you can go in and know they’ll always take care of you. There’s always someone there for you 24/7 and the vehicle is incredible. This is our first Porsche and I look forward to getting my next. Everyone there is professional and passionate about Porsche, but it was just a great experience. Even after we took the car home, we had questions and you can call or text them and they are always happy to help. The next day we visited and they gave the vehicle a detailing as we looked at more features about the car and how to set it up for us. We really feel like everyone goes above and beyond. If you’re ever just curious about Porsche and why you hear so much about the driver experience, I highly recommend you just go and see for yourself. There’s really nothing like this, but definitely worth the time to check it out.
