I had a great experience working with Joseph Aubrey at Porsche Sacramento. He truly went out of his way to help me get to the payment I was comfortable with and was very attentive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that he didn’t come across as the typical salesperson—he was genuine, patient, and clearly focused on making sure I felt confident in my decision. During negotiations with the sales manager, when we weren’t initially aligned on the deal, Joseph did everything he could to bridge the gap and make sure both sides walked away happy. That level of effort and customer focus really shows, and it made a big difference in my overall experience. I’m very happy with both my purchase and the payment we ultimately agreed on. Joseph is someone who clearly puts his customers first, and I can easily see him growing into a top leadership role in this industry. The dealership itself is very clean and offers great amenities. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to my experience with the finance advisor and sales manager. At times, I felt a bit dismissed, especially when I wasn’t agreeing to certain payment terms or choosing not to purchase add-ons during the finance portion—it came across as some frustration on their end. That said, even with that experience, I would still rate my visit 4 stars overall because of Joseph. If you’re visiting Porsche Sacramento, I highly recommend asking for him

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. My Porsche Cayenne GTS was serviced, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. Louie, my service advisor, was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. He made the process seamless and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. The attention to detail was exceptional. Even the loaner experience was impressive—the vehicle was pulled up warm, with the heater already on, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It’s the little things like that that make a huge difference. I have owned and serviced vehicles across several luxury brands over the years, and I can honestly say I have never been treated this well anywhere else. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service here is unmatched. I absolutely adore this dealership’s customer service and will not go anywhere else!

Such great, personable, and transparent team members between Michie as our sales person (she’s amazing!), Andre and Zach, who together created a stellar experience that was hassle-free. My husband and I buy cars often and this was by far the best interaction we’ve had, hands down with no pressure felt throughout our time at the dealer. The personal touch given it was my birthday (and anniversary!) sent our experience over the top. ? Will openly recommend to friends and family and will be returning for our next vehicle purchase ??
