Both Nor in Finance and Victoria in Service were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. If you’re waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, there are several quiet areas to work. I brought my 911 to Porsche of Naples for the first time for service and Kevin Anderson was assigned to assist me. Kevin went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail and accommodations he provided during the visit. Even though I live in Fort Myers and Porsche of Fort Myers is within 5 miles distance, I will always go to Porsche of Naples and Kevin for my future service needs. I had one the worst experience at Porsche of Fort Myers. Kevin and the service department in Naples were a completely opposite experience on the other hand. I highly recommend working with Kevin and Porsche of Naples!
Excellent experience! First time in so I was apprehensive because I have an established relationship at my dealership near my other home. My rep Mike was great. Good communication on my cars status and was able to coordinate a loaner last minute as my service needs changed. Felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!
