Now im sitting here reading all these reviews my experience was way different a while back when I was looking for car i looked into smalls automotive they were supremely helpful in giving me all the information i asked for and didnt hesitate to try to work with me with my bad credit ultimately i did go somewhere else to buy my vehicle but not because they were rude or disrespectful just cause the vehicle i wanted someone bought it before i did but my experience with small automotive was top tier. I dont know about anyone else in memphis there are lots of other dealerships to go to but when you dont have much and your kinda in a tight jam this is a decent business

I call the dealership inquiring about the Dodge Charger they had on the lot. It was almost to closing time however the representative did not rush but answered all my questions and even offered me to computer financing online. The very next day he called and told me i was approved. I went into the dealership and purchased my dream car. I did have some issues with the vehicle however the owner Mr. Smalls took great care of me and handled it immediately!!!! He simply called me personally and asked “Mrs Johnson, what do i need to do to make you happy?” His question took me by surprise however he made me happy!!!I’d recommend this dealership to anyone on the market for a vehicle. The financing was easy and my payments are affordable!!!! Thanks again to Mr. Smalls and his staff!!!!
