We worked with Brian and he was AMAZING. He drove the car we were interested in both to my husbands work and our house for test drives. He answered all questions, made sure the paperwork was in place prior to our arrival for signing and responded very quickly to phone calls/texts. I had the privilege of working with Brian to find the right vehicle for my family and I. From the start Brian was friendly and personable. He was helpful and determined to find us all of the best options that fit within the budget that was previously set prior to the visit to the dealership. Brian worked diligently with the finance department to negotiate the costs of the vehicle, he ran numbers back and forth until reaching a deal. He genuinely valued what I was searching for in a vehicle and did not try to encourage anything more than what I had asked for, which made the whole experience feel supportive and enjoyable. In the finance department I had the privilege of working with Kristian. He was thorough and explained all of the documentation and answered all of the questions I had with sincerity and kindness. It was a great environment from the moment I walked in the door. Both men seemed passionate about their jobs and about helping their customers to the best of their ability.
