I really needed a new car and thanks to James, my sales man and his crew I was able to get a car that meet all my requirements. He listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with the perfect ride without wasting any time. Andrew Le, the guy who walk me through the car was very friendly, helpful as well. He answering all my questions and making sure I was happy every step of the way with what I got. The dealership didn't waste a second getting me sorted, so I was cruising in my new BMW in no time. Hands down one of the best experiences that I have ever received while visiting a dealership. I was originally supposed to pick up an M3 this past Saturday at Toyota Cowboy however the salesperson failed to inform me that the car had sold. I continued searching and found this beautiful M4. Desmon answered the phone when I called BMW and he provided me with all the details about the car. Desmon was patient, caring, and empathetic when making my purchase. I arrived Monday afternoon and surely enough Desmon had the M4 ready for me to test drive and check it out. Desmon was super professional and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. My car Stella (mini cooper), started failing on my way to Dallas for a conference, from San Antonio. When I arrived to Dallas, I was able to get an appointment with the Arlington location the same day and they were able to diagnose her and have her fixed and ready to go by the time I needed to go home. I am utterly and forever grateful for the attention and care my car received, not to mention how quickly they were able to take care of the numerous, and I do mean numerous repairs, she's an old gal.
