Following the complexity of a 2 vehicle trade, I finalized the purchase of my ES350 yesterday. Elizabeth made the process smooth and painless. Her confidence and expertise was calming. She made me feel as though I were her most important customer. Mike took the time to meet me and offered his immediate attention to any concerns I may have had. He doesn’t work on commission so there wasn’t an intensity that I have usually felt when I have bought other cars.
