Nice Friendly staff. First, I would like to say I have been buying vehicles for over 42 years and many have been from dealerships. I have never had a straight forward purchase than our new Audi from Tucson Audi. The salesman, Cesar Gonzalez was attentive, but not overbearing. The Sales Manager, Emilio Guevara was very accommodating securing the exact vehicle we wanted from Audi Arrowhead and having it delivered to Tucson with no cost to us. Second, there was no back and forth like an out of control tennis match, they gave me a price, I gave them and offer at where I would like to be, and they met me in the middle. I would recommend the dealership to others!

First time Audi buyer. The entire sales, parts, and service staff I interacted with during my purchase all treated me in an amazing way! For example, the sales manager went overboard to help me track down the exact car with color and options I had built to order on the website. He went the extra mile(s) to get it (I can attest he worked very hard to get it down to Tucson). Also, sales personnel were transparent with pricing all through the process. The salesman patiently setup my Audi care account to use my smartphone app to configure car settings. The service staff quickly set me up to window tint my car. I was really satisfied with their work and the process (got to tell you.. loved those loaner!). I was introduced to other staff in the sales department including the entire dealership manager. Please keep up the good. I strongly recommend this Audi dealer and hope you an awesome car buying or service experience!!

My experience was absolutely fabulous! From the second I walked in, there was polite staff and a very very clean office space! Dylan made my time there extremely enjoyable and answered any and all questions I had! While waiting for the operations to be complete, all of the staff, very kindly, offered me a variety of beverages and snacks which didn’t go unnoticed. In regards to the service itself, I had a very thorough inspection on my car and the video as well as documents provided to me were incredibly helpful and informative. I received all necessary information in regards to my car and it was presented in a very professional and polite way. Once again, I am so grateful that Dylan was there to help me and guide me through the process, if anyone is ever there, I would definitely recommend him!! Overall this was a wonderful dealership and service company and I will most definitely be coming back next time I need a service!
