I had a run in with a deer and needed to replace my vehicle. I found one I liked and Paul H. at the Minnetonka Ford store got in touch with me. He sent me personalized videos of the one I had inquired about and a couple similar ones as well for comparison. He was so lovely to work with and made the whole process easy and seamless. He followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my new purchase.
This is my first Ford and I have to say that both my experience with Ford and Morrie's has been stellar. Nate drove the Bronco to my house to make sure it fit into my garage. When we found that it would fit, I was sold. TJ in Finance could not be more helpful. I would suggest a PS5 in the waiting room so that the waiting time goes by quicker. The 25 year old in me is loving the Bronco Sport! The 56 year old will have to wait for a Buick.
