My first purchase was quick and pleasant. I put my deposit down, Mo saved the car for me. Got me approved with a great rate, and the price beat all the Bigger dealerships.I'm about to return for a repeat experience! Let me add this to my experience, my car really was certified! I had zero problems with it and I drove my car a lot putting lots of mileage on it.

Buying my car at Certified Luxury Auto was the best experience I've ever had. Chris has been easy to work with, pulling the car up to the office and then giving me plenty of time to check it out on my own, providing the keys for a test drive on my own, and was very accommodating. He answered all my questions honestly and straight up (with no slick "sales talk"), found financing for me, and resolved some minor issues on the car with a smile. While the office may look the worse for wear, the inside of the office has a gem called Chris. I love my new (used) vehicle, got a good price, and would not hesitate to buy from Chris again. I recommend giving Certified Luxury Auto your business if they have the car you want. Ask for Chris!

What a great surprise our car buying experience at Certified Luxury Auto was!! First, we walked the lot and looked at cars for a long time with absolutely no salesman following us and pressuring us! Second, we when did find a car we liked, we asked questions about the car and got all the information (and test drive ) we needed! Thirdly, the price was a great deal! Service was exceptional! In my entire life, I've never been in and out of a car dealership so fast! Once we decided we wanted to purchase our luxury car, in literally took 15 minutes until we had the keys and were on our way! I would recommend Certified Luxury Auto for sure!
