Wanted to make note of the wonderful care I received from Bryce Benfatti Internet/Fleet Sales Mercedes-Benz of Carlsbad! I am an older new car buyer at Carlsbad and I must say that Bryce has been supremely patient/low pressure with me. He knows his product and has made himself available to me through the work day...and during the night hours as well. Bryce is a committed Benz salesperson...plus...he doesn't call me "dude" or preface his replies with "hey man." I recommend Bryce Benfatti without hesitation.

Took our sprinter van in for a check engine light. What a great experience. Our service writer ( Kem) was very well informed on our veh. and helped us get back on the road same day. The techs. did a great job of quickly diagnosing the problem and the parts department here had all the parts we needed in stock. Very possibly the best experience we have ever had a shop or dealership. Even did a courtesy car wash ! 5 Stars!
