He shared multiple videos with me through the process and was very attentive to my needs and responsive to my questions. It really felt like he went the extra mile. I drove 2 hrs to test drive a vehicle I saw online. The salesman, John replied back promptly and we set up an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by many into a modern clean dealership with everyone properly dressed and looking professional. I completed the test drive, which did not take long. The car looked exactly like online and we completed the sale! No overly done procedures, all was thoroughly explained by John and Wisam Al, the Financial Manager, and I felt like I made the best choice for my needs. John was patient (as I had not purchased a car in 12 years) and very hospitable, asking if I wanted a beverage or snack. You just don't get treated like this at other dealerships. They made me feel comfortable and that no question asked wasn't going unanswered. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a quality vehicle, quality service while being treated with the utmost respect. I want to start by saying Fady is as super nice and helpful.. we didn’t even make it in the building, he knew who I was and had the car I was planning on purchasing waiting for me and my husband to test drive it. We went on Christmas Eve, they closed early and he stayed, until everything was ready and signed! This location is one of the best Audi locations I have visited!!! We were in and out, super quick and hassle free. I would highly recommend them!!
