Tre Knipe was outstanding in his customer service, answering my questions, he had great knowledge and was instrumental in my amazing experience with classic Toyota. I will definitely be buying my next car at Toyota with his help. I can't say enough good things about him.

I bought a Highlander from Classic. I wasn’t sure if they had the one I wanted but after the test drive I was certain. I contacted them via the internet and all of it was a great experience. They weren’t pushy but they seemed to care. But that was not the best part. I drove it home and as I have experienced many times before one of my tires found a nail on the interstate and by the time I got home I had a flat. I called my salesman, Randy, and he completely calmed me down. He told me they would make this right. They had the service come and put on my spare so I could get back to the dealership. They put on a brand new tire without any expense to me even though this was road hazard damage. This is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I will definitely be back here for my next car purchase. Lisa was fantastic also as she helped with the entire process.

We went in Today and was met by Angie Lorenz With a smile that would light up a room. Her first concern was our comfort and ease with the process. Angie's knowledge and honesty was very refreshing. We've had very bad experiences with the local nissan dealership. This was our first time visiting Classic Toyota and it won't be our last. Go see Angie Lorenz you won't be disappointed.
