2025 Porsche Macan Macan 4S Electric

Just bought our 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT and took delivery today. All I got to say is our SA August Alpern is the best sales associate I have worked with for Porsche Cars. Attention to detail throughout the whole process was impeccable. He went beyond what was expected for us in terms of service and I would highly recommend anyone to do business here at Porsche Brooklyn and work with August.

What stood out to me was their attention to detail—they double-checked to make sure I was getting the exact part I needed, ensuring compatibility with my vehicle model and year. The service at Porsche Brooklyn is top notch. Service Advisor Emanuel "Manny" is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. These guys were able to correct an issue with my Taycan that another Porsche dealership missed/could not. They have also at times managed to squeeze me into a tight schedule with a reasonably quick turnaround time, and given me a lift home when I've had to leave the car in the shop overnight. Kudos to the entire service team, including the service manager, I forget his name, for running the entire operation smooth and pleasant.
