If Porsche Charleston ever starts giving out MVP awards, Christie should probably clear some shelf space. She made servicing my 2019 Porsche Macan 4S about as enjoyable as a trip to the service department can possibly be—which is saying something! Christie is incredibly knowledgeable, communicates every step of the process, and genuinely makes you feel like your car is in the best hands. She answered all of my questions with patience, kept me updated, and made the entire experience effortless. Porsche builds amazing vehicles, but people like Christie are what keep customers coming back.
